Issue: page up / page down is added to jumplist

Sorry to create a PR like this, I just needed to record this somewhere

If you use c-d / c-u to page down / up, it is added to the jumplist. You can see this by pressing c-o and c-i after paging.

cant report bugs only pull requests part is open , for my bug report I use "espanso" which pastes code snippets, but I cant paste the comment line below

I tried at helix in insert mode I can , but in vs-code in insert mode I cant , but after disapling extension I can so the problem with extension but I couldnt figure out why
