Must one use conda environment for evaluation? #9

Is it possible to run evaluations out of conda environment with all the dependencies neede by the toolkit installed? Will it influence the result?

It is not recommended but you may be able to run it outside of a conda environment as soon as you have the same library on your workstation. Conda provides stable environments and enable reproducibility for your results.
