Can't launch executable, installing .NET doesn't fix the issue #6

when asked if i wanted to download net core, pressing yes does nothing, and when i googled it, and installed both net 7 and net 6, neither seem to have affected ringing bloom, and i still can't launch it

Find out how, go to this link https://dotnet.microsoft.com/en-us/download/dotnet/3.1 and then search ".NET Desktop Runtime 3.1.32", install both x64, x86
