Code cleanup, bfa enchant & gems.

Know issues:

Equiped weapon is not checked
"AutoSimc Export" don't use mainhand item
Generate button don't create permutations (AutoSimC Export do)
Generate button don't use gems & enchant overriding (AutoSimC Export do)
