Description: Casting flash heal on someone that is not your own character will still give you the protective light buff

Howto:

Talent Protective light Cast protective light on another raidmember Notice you still get the protective light buff

Is this due to Binding Heal?

I just tested again to make sure, but i did not have binding heals talented.

You also do not have to be in a raid, it works on anyone.
