Envenom buff duration remains active despite being at 0 seconds, for 5 seconds.

Description:

Envenom seems to have a minimum buff timer of 5 seconds, regardless of the displayed time. When casting a 1 CP envenom, the player gains a buff which says "1s" for envenom, however when this buff reaches 0 seconds, it remains on the player until 5 seconds have elapsed.

During this time, interactions are still present, it is not simply a visual bug.

This is a video from PTR, but it happens on live as well. This is pertinent on PTR because the tier set can continue to proc on this envenom. In the video I cast a 1 CP envenom, and the buff remains on my character at 0. During this time, after sitting at 0 for a second, I cast another envenom, which procs the tier set (displayed via the weakaura next to my target unitframe, and also in details, which was reset before this fight).
