Wild Instincts can only apply from 1 hunter at a time #1158

Description:

What is your bug about?

If there are two hunters with Wild Instincts in a raid, the debuff only applies from one of them.

It is not yet entirely clear if both hunters benefit from this singular application, and if they do, whether it requires the second hunter to be talented into WI too. Nor is it clear if the debuff applier potentially gets double the benefit. There are a lot of combinations of potential issues there that could be true or not.

Howto:

How do you reproduce it (if you know).

  1. Have two hunters talented into Wild Instincts
  2. Try to apply Wild Instincts to the same target by pressing Call of the Wild
  3. Notice how only one application can exist
