Void Blast is not affected by Priest modifiers #1186

Game Version: 11.0.0 alpha Build 54311

Description: Void Blast is currently not scaling with the following:

[x] Discipline Shadow Covenant
[x] Discipline Twilight Equilibrium
[x] Does not trigger Twilight Equilibrium
[x] Discipline Dark Reveries (first log has it, second does not)
