Entropic Rift Incorrect Spawn Location on Mouseover

Description: When casting Void Torrent with a @mouseover macro at the start of the channel the Entropic Rift always uses the target of Void Torrent as its ending location and the target it will follow. It uses the current target of the player as the starting point though, regardless of if that was the Target you cast Void torren on. This can cause significant travel time delays.

Howto:

1. Target A
2. Mouseover cast Void Torrent on Target B
3. Notice the Rift spawns at Target A and travels all the way to Target B

Rift spawns at the start of void torrent now, this is no longer relevant unless if you use a @mouseover macro for Void Torrent.
