If you cast Power Infusion on another priest that is Archon spec with their own Power Infusion active it will consume their Power Infusion and expire it and then still give you your power infusion. This works regardless if you are Archon or not.
It should instead say "a more powerful spell is already active" and prevent you from overwriting it or something similar.

Get a Priest to spec Archon and take the Power Infusion talent
Have them cast Power Infusion
Get any other priest (doesnt matter what spec) and cast Power Infusion on that same target while theirs is active.
