Devouring Plague is not increasing damage of Entropic Rift with Collapsing Void #1193

Game Version: 11.0.0 alpha Build 54605

Description: When talented into Collapsing Void subsequent casts of Devouring Plague are supposed to increase damage that Entropic Rift does by 20% for each cast. This is currently not working.

Reproducible: yes

Howto:

  1. Cast Void Torrent to spawn the rift
  2. Cast Devouring Plague and notice the size will increase, but not damage
