Collapsing Rift damage increase is not applied to Entropic Rift #1194

Game Version: 11.0.0 alpha Build 55288

Description: Tooltip states that casts of Devouring Plague/Penance ticks increase the size and damage of Entropic Rift. This is actually only buffing Collapsing Void and doing nothing for Entropic Rift ticks.

Reproducible: yes

Howto:

  1. Cast Void Torrent to spawn the rift
  2. Wait for a tick of Entropic Rift
  3. Cast Devouring Plague
  4. Notice the ticks of Entropic Rift damage remains within constant variance (aside from the mastery bonus from applying Devouring Plague)

to clarify this is either a bugged implementation OR the tooltip is extremely misleading. either way this should get resolved
