[Talent] Tier 2 talent switching doesn't always update bonus correctly #121

Description:

If you swap to the talent Nightstalker while already in stealth you do not gain the bonuses associated with the talent until you exit stealth and reenter stealth. This does not work the other way around, as in if you have Nightstalker and swap talent you do not retain the nightstalker buffs.

Details:

The bonus isn't applied neither to the tooltip or in game if you do tests on hitting a dummy. On live this works as expected, the bug is only in BFA currently. This is also only for subtlety, for assassination it works as it should.

Reproducible:

Examples: yes

Howto:

Be in stealth. Be subtlety. Have a talent that's not nightstalker. Hover stealth tooltip then shadowstrike a target dummy. Now restealth, swap you nightstalker, repeat and you'll see you gain nothing.
Restealth again and it will be working as expected.

This can be reproduced, but not always. I cannot really say when it happens. For me, it mostly occurs when I'm switching T2 talents often and quickly. When it happens, I can also see the default bar stealth stance toggle switch to "enter stealth". This seems to be an artifact of some other bug. A bug that leaves you in some sort of psuedo stealth, where you count as stealthed and unstealthed simultaneously. You can both access abilities that require stealth (Shadowstrike) as well as abilities that require being unstealthed (Shadow Dance). Additionally it also allows you to stealth as well as destealth. The model will show the stealthed model and have a stealth buff but not necessarily the correct stealth buff when it comes to Nightstalker,

I think if this underlying bug is fixed, then this bug will also be fixed.

Still seems to be there on SL alpha from random and fast talent switching, but only happens occasionally. Would say the bug exists but is very low priority and has only little impact.
