Ignite the Future does not do anything #1237

Description:

Hero Talent Ignite the Future does not do anything

Details:

Talent should cause the Arcane Phoenix to cast an additional empowered spell when you generate a Spellfire Sphere, however this just doesn't happen.

Reproducible:

Yes.

Howto:

Go into Arcane Surge or Combustion with no Spellfire Sphere stacks, generate one during and check the log for Arcane Phoenix empowered spellcasts.
