Wild Hunt(Koryan soulbind trait) healing portion doesn't work #795

Description:

Rogue sources of healing and leech don't get increased healing or provide Wild Hunt movement speed buff

Details:

Healing source 10% healing increase Movement speed buff

Howto:

Pick Koryan soulbind with at least first trait enabled, drop below 35% hp(tanking dummy, for example), use healing source

Jan 14 hotfixes made abilities grant movement speed buff but increased healing part is still the same, Updated table below Healing source	10% healing increase	Movement speed buff
Crimson Vial	No	Yes

I would assume Leech is not even supposed to work but hard to know
