I have a SFX100 Platform with the latest Simforcefeedback software but there is some interference with my VR headset. My VR images are jerky and sticky when i turn my head around.
i went thru something similar with my pimax and the motion rig. One reason was because sometimes i wore my apple watch - they cause that issue. The next issue was because the cable was running down and under my rig, then i took the cable and suspended it over the ceiling with ceiling hooks - never again did that happen. The motors emit alot of EMI - i dont use the arduino solution - instead i use thanos' amc controller. They would have the same problem either way. You need to use large ferrite chokes on the vr cable that will help and loop the cable thru 4-6 times. Thats one way it helped me. Also grounding your rig (i literally drilled a hole into my extrusion and put a cable from the hole into the ground in the outlet). And lastly, move the vr cable in a different direction than the way its laying right now. Try to put it overhead with some temporary fix to see if it helps your issue. I have a traction loss platform and the cable would lay on the extrusion and that caused the EMI. Primarily Pimax headset was affected but others are as well.
Hello Ilimo, Thank you very much for your response. You gave me so much to throubleshoot. I have purchased this set with arduino and Simfeedback but boy.... there isn't alot of support nor communities when your in to Arduino and SimFeedBack software gear. When i started this project i wasnt aware of this so any help, tips or advice are welcome. I have added a link to my discord server server so we can easily keep in toch if you would like to and i can keep you posted if we have found the solution.
