A drop down or some other selector is needed that will allow the user to select the motor to address (i.e., address motor 1, 2 or 3), so that 3 motors can be given commands from the front panel.

I added a drop down menu that changes the motor each command addresses. I've tested pumping and injection with one motor. That's not exhaustive testing, but it seems to work fine.
