Unknown min and max volumes #9

The minimum and maximum volumes available to inject are unknown. However, if someone goes past the max or min, it will still inject.

The maximum and minimum available to inject should be listed in the inject tab. Same with the maximum available to draw, in the pump tab. Also, the calibrate tab.

Added dialog that shows the maximum volume available. Tested.
