The user guide did not specify that user needs to be in view mode to edit

We believe that the first line

"This command edits some details of the current contact or activity in view"

should have made it obvious enough to the user. In case the user did not catch that, the error message given to the user in the application should have helped to reinforce it.

Regardless, we do not believe this warrants a severity of HIGH, therefore we are downgrading its severity to LOW and rejecting the issue.
