Thank you for the bug report.

This is working as intended. There is no limitation for duplicate title of the activities. This was done to prevent users from having to come up with different name for same repetitive activities (i.e breakfast), when they can easily figure out which one by looking at the date and participants of the activity given.

Furthermore, the severity of this bug will be reduced to low because having duplicate title would not make the product unusable, it will at most be a minor inconvenience for people.
