change simphony_osp to simply osp #11

This will simplify the naming and importing of modules.

note this is probably a formal "regression", and we need basically to refactor simphony_osp back where appropriate to tsp-core, check the last bump to version 4.0.0 by Jose.

since we did not yet do the full install, if you clone into osp-core, the install should be pip install ./osp-core and not symphony_ops. but the uninstall should use simphony_osp and also for the import.
