Update GitHub runners #105

Description

Ubuntu-18 and macos-10.15 runners don't exist anymore.

Reproduction

The pipeline fails on my fork for Ubuntu and Mac OS.

Expected behavior

We want a running Ubuntu and Mac OS pipeline

Additional context

I will update to macos-current and delete ubuntu-18 because it is obsolete.
