Move from Travis to GitHub for testing #86

As done in https://github.com/SimVascular/svZeroDSolver/issues/57, I'll try to move automated testing to GitHub actions. As a public repository, we have an unlimited number of CPU time for CI/CD, eliminating the need for Travis (and the integration is nicer).
