Address issue #33

moved run_tests.py from test_cases/ directory to svzerodsolver/ directory The test cases can now be run using from the top-level Github repository using python -m svzerodsolver.run_tests

Address issue #19

added 2 new tests cases to check that initialization using steady state solution from simulation with mean flow BC works correctly

This pull request should be merged after pull request #35, since the updates for this request are based on the ones implemented in #35
