Show data when hovering over progress bar/baselines. #46

It would be nice to be able to hover over a progress bar segment and see which category/item it corresponds to, as well as the goal amount maybe? Same for baselines, if I hover over the number of baselines met/not met, It would be nice to see which ones are where.
