Added translations for Polish language #114

Ok, labels are translated but I need your help to be sure that they mean what they should mean :)

Hi, First, thanks for translating, I really appreciate it!

Managing translations directly on GitHub has become a huge hassle, so I have decided to do everything related to translations on Crowdin. You can submit your translations on https://crowdin.com/project/heads-up/pl and you can also go through other people's suggestions and vote for the best translation.

That way, we can ensure that the app ships with the best possible translations for all languages.
