Dear Developer, any ways to get heads-up notifications showing directions with Maps as it does with Lollipop and Marshmallow? It would be very useful, overall on Android car systems, to get directions over any apps like this: https://s12.postimg.org/t5a57g459/Screenshot_20161003_145714.png

Actually this app shows only traffic alerts from Maps, no driving directions.

Hi,

This app is not supported anymore, and will not receive any updates. (and not really any support either).

Still: try turning on "ongoing notifications" in the settings and see if it helps.
