Incoming calls still use default (whole screen) notification #96

When a call comes in the notification is still the phone's default (whole screen) and interrupts what app I'm using. Only after the calls ends does the heads up notification pop up. Text msg and email notification seems to be fine. I've read thru the common problems area in the help section and still I'm stumped. I've uninsured, rebooted several times. I thought this app would show a incoming call as a small notification without interrupting a app that was running.

BTW. I have a rooted sgh-i537 running android 4.4.2

Hi!

Heads-up doesn't support incoming calls. This is because calls aren't notifications when you go behind the scenes in Android. The implementations of the dialer differ a lot between devices, so making sure this works for everyone takes a lot more time than I've got available to work on Heads-up. Long story short, I don't plan to add this anytime soon.

That said, there are some apps that do this, try checking out "Lollipop call" and "L-call" on Play. ;)
