Issue in padding in RTL #140

Describe the bug A bug in padding in RTL as in RTL version all card content is stick to the card edges

Expected behavior To add Padding to card content in both LTR and RTL

Smartphone (please complete the following information): -Device(e.g. iPhone 14 pro max) -OS(e.g. iOS16)
