Although not very smoothly, I made it to the plotMB step. However, plotMB() function kept on giving me around 20 lines of error starting with XML content does not seem to be XML then unable to load shared object /Library/Frameworks/R.framework/Resources/library/grDevices/libs//cairo.so. As I have solved the issue myself, I cannot reproduce the error yet for future cases, downloading and installing 'XQuartz' is the solution from https://www.xquartz.org/ .
