Adds a new command line option --downloadRemote that when specified will have the digest tool find and download locally any remote source images, videos, audio clips that this legacy course references. This feature incorporates those downloaded assets into the media library.
This mode should only be used for specialized conversions, namely Pressbook courses that were converted from single page HTML into Legacy XML.
