[BUG FIX] CATA catch all, preserve spaces #109

Two fixes here:

  1. Properly set the rule for CATA questions that use the legacy "catch all" match.
  2. Ensure that material, dd, dt tags preserve line breaks during parsing, to avoid dropping of spaces
