[MER-2858] correct response_multi attribute name #230

This corrects the attribute name attached to response_multi models from multiInputPerPart to multInputPerPart

Also refines a test used to detect wildcard input rules in response_mult responses to avoid inadvertently applying to a regexp rule including .*
