Wellstart questions pulling from the wrong feedback option, feedback changing when page is refreshed.

Describe the bug In this example, the feedback for "Sports drinks" seems to be pulling from the default incorrect feedback, despite targeted feedback being available. Feedback for "Water" (correct answer) was pulling from the targeted feedback for sports drinks earlier. When refreshing the page, feedback changes. This occurs with several other questions as well. The majority of the questions this happens with appear to have been present post-migration, but I'm not completely sure that's the case for every question.
