Describe the bug
When an advanced author page is placed in top level of the curriculum, outside of any container, it only receives a text listing in the Home view -- other components in this view have a due date and an Open link. This means that the page is inaccessible from the Home view.
I have only seen this behavior with advanced author pages, but I'm guessing it's true for all pages at the top level of hierarchy (I just don't have any available to test).
To Reproduce
Go to an active section of REAL chemistry (like this one: https://stellarator.oli.cmu.edu/sections/testing_real_chemistry/overview) as a student. Select "home". In the Content view (center of page), select right arrow two times (Unit 1 -> Unit 2, Unit 2 -> Page 45). You will see the top level page with no way to access.
