Non-functional config buttons in Firefox and Safari #4130

Describe the bug

Just an FYI - we have had consistent issues with the course setups when instructors use Firefox or Safari.

Namely, the course mode buttons (Online, In Class…) on the register your Section do not work and you cannot proceed.

Chrome does not have this problem.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Configure a course in Firefox or Safari and note the functionality of the delivery-modality choice buttons.

Expected behavior Obvious selection when clicking a button.
