Describe the bug
Clicking the sorter atop the Course Progress column of the Manage Enrollments page reloads the page but has no effect.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Visit any Manage Enrollments page with students who have done enough work to be sorted. Here is an example.
Attempt to sort the Course Progress column
Expected behavior
The first sort result is shown in ascending order from lowest to highest, since knowing the lowest-progressing students is the likeliest need. The secondary sort should be on last name.
