This PR added filters for progress and proficiency for the Insights > Content page. Those filters work from both Units and Modules and also when we drilled-down to a Units or a Modules. This PR also covered the preservation of the filtering when an instructor clicks on a unit/module and then returns back to the main view. Finally, the Clear All Filters feature was also added.
