Temporarily removes the likert visualization from the instructor surveys view. The current visualization doesn't make sense and causes confusion.
We will want to eventually follow this up with another ticket to reintroduce a better likert visualization, such as https://vega.github.io/vega-lite/examples/layer_likert.html
