[ENHANCEMENT] [MER-3300] Don't show sidebar after login if user is only enrolled as student #4997

Do not show sidebar for users that are only enrolled as students

In the video above we first log-in with a user that is a student and instructor and can see the sidebar. Then we log in with a user that is only enrolled as a student and the sidebar is not displayed.

I agree with @nicocirio comments, we should make these changes before landing
