[Feat. Req] Prev/Next Arrow Keys? #12

It would be useful to have a hotkey assignement to the previous/next in the submissions list. It would be another universal site enhancement, and cut down the need to 'Open all in tabs' feature.

I assume the idea is that if the site in question shows prev/next links on the page, the hotkeys would navigate using them? That'd be easy enough to implement. If you're asking for prev/next for submissions on the new submissions page, that'd be more difficult (though probably not impossible) to implement.
