Update/improve uninteresting subforums feature #160

It was broken by SweClockers' new, responsive design (#124).

The feature used to affect only "Nytt i forumet", but it has been changed by SweClockers such that we can't filter threads in it anymore (#157). This PR enables it in views like "Aktiva trådar" instead.

Resolves #157.
