Whitelist mode #1

A lot of applications can't connect through the proxy, and it gets quite annoying having to add exceptions all the time. It would be nice to be able to run Userscript Proxy in a whitelist mode instead, especially if one only uses a few site-specific userscripts.

Was fixed in 76f7faa, with further improvements in 5c1f35d.
