xcom to csv

So, I was able to convert three of the xcom file formats to CSV:

• https://github.com/SimonBiggs/pyegsnrc/blob/xcom-to-csv/pyegsnrc/data/xcom/pair-production.csv
• https://github.com/SimonBiggs/pyegsnrc/blob/xcom-to-csv/pyegsnrc/data/xcom/compton-scattering.csv

Unfortunately both the photo and rayleigh tables don't have consistent MeV columns. @ftessier how easy is it to recreate that xcom data regularised to consistent MeV values for each row?

Nice! BTW, I have been quiet online, but playing around with a number of things on the "transpiling" - I'll try to post some words about that on the egsnrc2py repo later today.
