Mistake in german locale #349

In the file src/_locales/de/messages.json, line 67 it has to be "Allgemein" instead of "Allgmein". Cf. https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/allgemein

I've created a pull request (#368) that updates the German translation and corrects this mistake.
