LibreTranslate Redirect #396

As a Google Translate alternative, could LibreTranslate be added?

LibreTranslate is a free and open-source and self-hostable cloud translation service.

It doesn't have as wide language support, so I think the ideal implementation would only move the base URL, or if the URL already has query params, then only if the languages are ones actually supported by the LibreTranslate instance. (Accessible via the API.)

PS: I know this is currently unmaintained, I just wanted to jot this down in case it gets maintained again, or to look into forks and implement it there instead.

Edit: The fork LibRedirect already handles this well.

As an alternative, the Linguist browser extension has worked very well for me
