some files haven't been touched in years and may not be accurate or in-use any longer:
The high throughput helper scripts probably need to be updated. I suggest deleting the viz notebooks and/or remaking them in Pluto. Naming the logo file logo.png causes it to be included in the left-hand panel on the docs pages.
