Desire to provide utility for largest include sphere and largest free sphere. Current idea is to do this via Python freud.

Do not want to make installation difficult. SimonEnsemble/Xtals.jl#40 should be addressed first/concurrently.

Solution to SimonEnsemble/Xtals.jl#40 was creation of XtalsPyTools

Transferring issue there.
