Started to make progress on this. Feels like a good place to stop.

Lots of work needed to automate this across all patches and to organise file structure.

Asking Eddie for PR, but can transfer to Murray if preferred

Hey Murray, Iv taken Eddie off this as hes focussing on streamlit.

This should be a simple one, it just adds a few functions to fetch patches from tiles

@ipoole check out branch 10, Copernicus trial. I suspect if that works, some of this may be redundant?
