This PR has all the code used to measure snow extent using the sentinel snow masks. It collects time series data of snow extent for regions of interest which are hardcoded in at the moment.

This branch is based on top of the "downloader" branch, so that should be merged in first (see PR #6 )

Would you consider rebasing this with the current changes to master? I just merged the other branch?
